Send the page URL, your game version and platform, and what happened. A source link or a short set of steps helps us check a correction or reproduce a problem.
Privacy, purchases and rights
For a privacy request, describe the information you want us to look into. For an earlier Supporter purchase, include the order reference. For a rights enquiry, identify the material and your connection to it.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, private access credentials or identity documents. If limited verification is needed, we will explain why and what is required. You can read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before contacting us.
Advertising and partnerships
Tell us about your organisation, proposal and the pages you have in mind. Live advertising is currently disabled. An enquiry does not reserve a placement or change our editorial coverage.
